Where to start

Know what you need? Pick it. If not, start here.

Most people arrive with a problem, not a diagnosis. Either way works.

How it works

Three steps, about fifteen minutes

1

Pick a doctor and a time

Filter by the language you speak. Every doctor's council registration number is on their profile — check it if you like.

2

Talk it through

Video if your network allows it, audio if it doesn't. We test your connection before the call so nothing breaks halfway.

3

Get it in writing

A prescription with medicine names your local chemist will recognise, plus what to do next — and when to worry.

Watch: how a consultation works Two minutes, in Bengali. What to keep ready, what the doctor will ask.

Important

When not to use this

An online consultation cannot examine you. If any of these is happening right now, go to the nearest hospital — don't book, don't wait for a call.

  • Chest pain, or pain spreading to the arm or jaw
  • Trouble breathing, or breathing that keeps getting worse
  • Bleeding that won't stop
  • Fainting, confusion, or unable to wake someone
  • Sudden weakness on one side, or slurred speech
  • A baby or small child with a very high fever
  • Bleeding or severe pain during pregnancy
  • A serious injury, burn, or poisoning

Our doctors follow the same rule. If what you describe belongs in a hospital, they will stop the call and tell you where to go.

Is it serious, or will it pass on its own?

Most people don't need a hospital. They need someone qualified to tell them whether they do. Talk to a registered doctor in Bengali, Kokborok or Hindi — and know where you stand in fifteen minutes.
